Your topper will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery (signed for). Delivery will be the next working day guaranteed before 1pm for UK mainland destinations.

Order Information

Topper Dimensions

The standard size for 2 adults on a base is roughly 5.5 inches (14cm) tall by 4 inches (10cm) wide for the base. Of course, animals and large props will make the topper bigger. A standard 2 adult topper weighs roughly 250 grams.

Availability

The toppers are usually made and dispatched 3-4 weeks before your wedding or occasion date. It's best to check availability first as my diary fills up fast, especially for the summer months. Your finalised information, (Dress & Suit colour etc.), won't be needed until about a month before your special occasion date.

Fully Booked up to September 2024, taking orders from September onwards and 2025

Please order ASAP to avoid disappointment, your wedding information will not be needed until the week I am making your topper.

Required Details

To enable me to create a topper that is unique to you, I will ask you to fill in an information form, you may also send photographs, a description or a combination of these. Basically the more information received, the more detailed your topper will be.

Please note - I will not need these details until your booked date, giving you maximum time to finalise your details.

Booking

You may e-mail me or fill out the form and I will reply ASAP with availability, a total price and proposed booking date. If you have any questions or a special request, please use the form on the contact page to get in touch.

Payment

When I receive a reply that you would like to go ahead, I will provisionally book you into my diary and advise on payment.

I require an initial deposit of 20% of the total cost of your topper to secure your booking with the remaining amount due before your booked date.

Payment can be made through Direct Bank Transfer or Paypal. For overseas customers Paypal is the preferred method of payment

Postage and Packing

Your topper will be packed in white tissue paper and bubble wrap and placed inside a double walled cardboard box with biodegradable packing peanuts for extra protection.

Your topper will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day for UK mainland destinations.

You will be kept informed as to the date your topper will be posted so you know exactly when to expect delivery.
