The toppers are usually made/despatched 4-5 weeks before your wedding date.
Please order ASAP as spaces fill up fast, especially in the summer months.
I will not need your pictures and details until a week before I will be making your topper.

Booking

You may email me or fill out the form and I will reply ASAP with availability, a total price and proposed booking date. |

Payment

If you would like to go ahead with the booking, please could you let me know within 7 days otherwise your space will be taken by another order, thankyou.
When I receive a reply that you would like to go ahead, I will provisionally book you into my diary and advise on payment.
Payment can be made through Paypal or a cheque in the post, this will secure your booking. (Please make cheques payable to Sarah Pitcher, thankyou) .

Postage and Packing
1st Class Royal Mail Special Delivery (signed for and guaranteed next day delivery)

Your topper will be despatched in the week following completion.
Your characters will be packed in white tissue paper and bubble wrap and placed inside a double walled cardboard box with bio-degradable packing peanuts for protection.
