Availability:
The toppers are usually made and despatched 4-5 weeks before your wedding date. Please order as early as possible as spaces fill up fast,
Please note that I am now fully booked up to August 2012 but am taking orders for 2013.
Required Details:
I will need the following information from you to create your topper:
- A photo of the person or couple the topper will resemble, along with details such as height, hair colour and style.
- A photo of the wedding dress along with details such as tiara/bouquet colour and style.
- Any details about any props used.
I will need this information by the date I begin making your cake topper.
Booking
You may e-mail me or fill out the form and I will reply ASAP with availability, a total price and proposed booking date. If you have any questions or a special request, please use the form on the contact page to get in touch.
Payment
When I receive a reply that you would like to go ahead, I will provisionally book you into my diary and advise on payment. I require an initial deposit of 50% of the total cost of your topper to secure your booking with the remaining amount due prior to posting.
Payment can be made through Direct Bank Transfer or Paypal.
Unfortunately, cheques can no longer be used as a method of payment.
Postage and Packing
Toppers are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail Special Delivery (signed for and guaranteed next day delivery).
Your topper will be despatched in the week following completion. Your characters will be packed in white tissue paper and bubble wrap and placed inside a double walled cardboard box with bio-degradable packing peanuts for extra protection.
